Our Computer Technicians will always accept the oldest question first in the queue and they will not accept another question until they have thoroughly answered your question and they have sent their answer to you.

How "My Website Computer Geeks" Works

There are two options, both of which are explained below.

Option 1 : Pay Per Email/Question

Our Internet safe website allows you to submit a question to our certified Computer Technicians and to receive a direct response - via email - in less time than it takes to make and drive to an appointment the traditional way. You can submit your question(s) to our Computer Technicians and your question(s) will be sent immediately and they will receive priority attention. Our Computer Technicians will review your question and respond directly to you - usually during the same day.1

All answers are given by independent contractors and they are responsible for their answers.

Service Price: $25 per submission

Option 2 : Remote Support

Our “Geeks” have the technology to fix your computer’s problems “remotely”, over the internet, while you watch it happening! With a tiny bit of help from you to get things started, they will “take over” your computer and make all of the necessary changes to fix all of your problems. Since problems can range from simple to very complex, the fees charged are as follows:

Service Price: 1st hour: $40.003 (Our “Geeks” take great pride in the fact that they can fix 95% of any problem within one hour – even multiple problems.)

2 Our Computer Technician's responses are limited to two-type written pages. If the response to your question(s) is more involved than that, they will answer as much as they can and you will need to resubmit the remainder of your question again.
3If your problem(s) cannot be fixed within the first hour, our geek will tell you why and how much longer they expect it to take. You will be asked to pay with a credit card for the additional time and if it takes longer than that – there will NOT be any additional charges to you! The geek will work overtime at no additional charge to you until ALL of the problem(s) are fixed. Our “overtime” rate is $39.00 per hour. If your problem(s) turns out to be impossible to fix – due to a problem with your system etc, our geeks will notify you ASAP and they will explain all of your options to you.
